Draft for review. Placeholders in square brackets need completing, and the notice should be checked by Eddie (and ideally a solicitor) before the assessment or any download form starts sending data. Remove this box when done.
Last updated: [DATE]. This notice explains what personal information [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] trading as Kiseki Labs ("Kiseki Labs", "we", "us") collects through kisekilabs.com, why, and what rights you have. We are the controller of that information. Company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. ICO registration number [ICO NUMBER]. Contact: [PRIVACY EMAIL, e.g. eddie@kisekilabs.com].
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Only the service providers that run the site and our email: [Google (Workspace: Sheets and Gmail, used to store submissions and send emails)], [EMAIL PLATFORM, if adopted later], Calendly (bookings), Vercel (website hosting) and Ahrefs (anonymous analytics). Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum. [CONFIRM per provider.]
Assessment and download records: [24 months] from your last interaction, then deleted. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.
Our own pages set no cookies. The assessment and download pages store small items in your browser's local storage so that a refresh doesn't lose your progress and you don't have to fill in a form twice; they never leave your device unless you submit a form. The booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies: see Calendly's privacy notice.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent, by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commission, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
